"Complete lack of communication. I get mailed a letter saying I’m terminated from my policy for not providing an ID, no call or email, even asking for verification, then I have to call for clarification, get zero clarification, so I go ahead and cancel my policy. 2 months later I get an email during the weekend (of course not during business hours) that my payment is being processed as if it was never cancelled. All after raising the price after being with state farm for years with no wrecks."
